By using a "total body wellness" approach, Dr Dando skillfully combines cutting edge cosmetic treatments, traditional medicines, and homeopathic support.

After earning his Medical Degree, Cum Laude with honors, Dr. William Dando worked in Emergency medicine before starting his career in Family Practice, commencing with Residency Training through the University of Maryland. Dr. Dando moved from larger practices to smaller practices, realizing the negative correlation between practice size and patient care. His experience in medical school and an early interest in surgical dermatology gradually grew from treatment of more common office skin procedures to in depth study of aesthetic enhancements including cosmetic laser treatments, Botox cosmetic injections, wrinkle fillers, facial sculpting and vein treatments. These and other treatments are a few of the traditional services he now offers along with Smart Lipo, a minimally invasive method of advanced body sculpting. Due to encouragement from his patients Dr. Dando has continued to train and expand his scope of practice. He is board certified by the American Academy of Family Physicians, Associate Residency Teacher Univ. of Maryland Residency Program, Associate of the American Academy of Cosmetic Family Physicians, Member of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery and the Maryland Academy of Family Physicians. He is gifted with a strong scope of Latin American culture and complete fluency of the Spanish language, making the Cosmetic Laser and Medical Center a Baltimore rarity, able to serve the expanding spanish Baltimore population.
